Redz Restaurant is committed to making redzrestaurant.com usable by as many guests as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for our public Site.

Measures we take

Our ongoing accessibility work includes:

  • Semantic HTML structure and page language attributes.
  • Skip-to-content navigation for keyboard users.
  • Labeled form fields on contact, reservation, and inquiry flows.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and AI concierge controls.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images where practical.
  • HTML menus (not image-only or PDF-only menus) for screen-reader access.
  • Security and performance practices that avoid blocking assistive technology with intrusive trackers.

Conformance status

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for primary guest journeys: home, menus, reservations, contact, private dining, and the Henry AI concierge. Some content may not yet fully conform. Known residual areas can include decorative motion, third-party linked sites, and complex media.

Third-party content

Links to Hilton booking and the DoubleTree Events banquet site leave our Site. Accessibility of those third-party experiences is controlled by their operators. If you need help with banquets or hotel stays, call 856.778.8999 and we will assist.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our Site, please tell us. Email info@redzrestaurant.com with the subject “Accessibility,” or call 856.380.6045. Include the page URL and a brief description of the issue. We will review feedback and work to remediate issues in a reasonable timeframe.

Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies. If you use an older browser or specialized setup and something fails, contact us so we can help arrange your visit another way (phone reservation, email, or in-person assistance).

Assessment approach

We use a combination of manual review, keyboard testing, and automated checks (such as browser accessibility audits) on key pages. A professional WCAG audit may be commissioned periodically to strengthen this work.
